A long clear read. Hamilton County districting replicates the  pattern of segregation found in neighborhoods. Our classrooms are similar to our neighborhoods — at least we haven’t made it worse. The article shows pretty clearly that we could use districting to actively reduce segregation. This would be good for our schools — and it would also be good for neighborhoods.
